This role involves defining end-to-end solution designs for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Source-to-Pay systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards, and driving best practices in solution design and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into clear solution options, recommendations, and implementation plans.
  • Define end-to-end solution designs for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Source-to-Pay systems.
  • Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture, domain architecture, and security standards.
  • Develop capability maps, target-state designs, and transition plans for assigned platforms.
  • Support application rationalization, modernization, and simplification initiatives.
  • Assess new technologies and recommend adoption only where there is clear business value.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, constraints, and success measures.
  • Facilitate meetings to gather business requirements, confirm process impacts, integration needs, data requirements, and operational impacts.
  • Document assumptions, dependencies, risks, and open decisions clearly.
  • Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Challenge unclear, duplicated, or low-value requirements and propose simpler alternatives.
  • Accountable for delivery of all domain projects (scope, timeline, budget).
  • Approve business requirements, solution designs, and major change requests.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards.
  • Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with agreed solution design and architecture principles.
  • Ensure designs include security, resilience, performance, data, integration, and support requirements.
  • Support project teams during build, testing, cutover, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Ensure IT service management, project management, and change governance processes are followed.
  • Track design issues and ensure they are resolved before implementation.
  • Ensure all solutions align with domain and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution design and integration across internal and external systems.
  • Drive best practices in solution design and technology implementation.
  • Own production system performance and service delivery outcomes.
  • Manage AMS vendors and ensure L2/L3 support meets SLAs.
  • Ensure incident, problem, and change management processes are followed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Work with vendors and delivery partners to validate estimates, designs, assumptions, and delivery plans.
  • Review vendor deliverables and ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with Singtel requirements.
  • Support cost optimization through fit-for-purpose design and reuse of existing capabilities where appropriate.
  • Contribute to service level agreement definition and operational readiness planning.
  • Support root cause analysis and improvement plans for recurring production issues.
  • Guide project teams and junior designers on solution design standards and best practices.
  • Share domain knowledge across Supply Chain, Procurement, and related enterprise systems.
  • Promote clear documentation, decision records, and reusable design patterns.
  • Build strong working relationships with business, technology, and vendor teams.
