About the Role
This role supports the Company's treasury operations, liquidity management, banking activities, financial risk management, and cash forecasting functions. The Senior Treasury Analyst will optimize cash resources, strengthen banking relationships, support financing activities, and enhance treasury processes and controls.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple entities and banking platforms.
- Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
- Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze cash requirements and recommend funding and liquidity management strategies.
- Support daily and monthly cash reporting and related treasury activities.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and support efforts to optimize banking structures and services.
- Assist in negotiating and implementing banking agreements and fee structures.
- Manage bank account administration, including account openings, closings, maintenance, and signatory updates.
- Maintain banking documentation, online banking access, authorized signer records, SOX controls, and FBAR-related documentation.
- Assist in the execution and administration of letters of credit, performance bonds, and other financial instruments.
- Track and monitor debt facilities, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and reporting requirements.
- Assist with debt servicing activities, including interest payments and lender reporting.
- Analyze short-term investment opportunities in accordance with company investment policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on debt obligations, investment performance, and treasury metrics.
- Support the monitoring and management of foreign exchange, interest rate, and other financial risks.
- Assist with execution and administration of hedging activities and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular treasury reporting packages, including cash position summaries, liquidity metrics, investment activity, and risk assessments.
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting and disclosure requirements related to treasury activities.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and modeling to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Leverage Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and banking technologies to streamline treasury operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
- Support treasury-related system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
- Stay informed of emerging treasury technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of corporate treasury, corporate finance, or related experience.
- MBA, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CPA, or CFA designation preferred.
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, debt administration, and treasury controls.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERPs and Treasury Management Systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in a public company environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
