About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Administrator with strong, practical knowledge of both Yooz and SAP. This role supports a complex portfolio of renewable energy assets and requires close collaboration with finance, fund, asset management, external asset managers, and third-party system providers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary system administrator for Yooz, managing supplier onboarding, bank detail changes, user roles, approval workflows, and query resolution.
  • Support day-to-day SAP finance processes, performing data reconciliations between systems while troubleshooting interface or transaction errors.
  • Enforce strict financial controls over payments and supplier master data, maintaining clear audit trails, ensuring segregation of duties, and proactively escalating fraud risks.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, software integrations, user-access reviews, testing, and process simplification across finance platforms.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience administering Yooz and supporting SAP within a live finance environment.
  • Proven experience managing purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes, supplier master data, invoice workflows, and strict financial controls.
  • Sharp analytical problem-solving skills to independently investigate data mismatches, interface errors, and system-processing issues.
  • Clear, plain-English communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgement, strong integrity regarding risk management, and the ability to handle high transaction volumes.
  • Experience supporting system changes, testing, or migration activity.
  • Experience integrating or reconciling data between Yooz and SAP.
  • Background in an asset-backed, renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment management environment.
  • Knowledge of segregation-of-duties frameworks, audit requirements, and regulated environments.
  • Experience working with external asset managers, outsourced finance providers, and third-party system vendors.
  • Familiarity with finance reporting platforms (such as Horizon) and process mapping/documentation.
