About the Role
The Store Operations Coordinator supports store operations initiatives for Coach and Kate Spade New York across the Europe region. This role focuses on Health and Safety standards, vendor management, invoicing, and payment processing while ensuring effective in-store processes through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, vendor communication, and payment processing for stores.
- Develop and maintain Health & Safety processes to enhance employee and customer experience.
- Create operational learning modules, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Partner with Finance to build the annual operating plan and manage store budgets.
- Maintain and update the European store locator based on team feedback.
- Manage store traffic accounts and resolve related issues.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and improve operational tools.
- Support Store Operations projects and new store opening initiatives.
- Maintain high store standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a retail store operations role.
- Strong understanding of store operating procedures.
- Multi-brand store operations or omnichannel experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Additional European language skills.
