About the Role
Credera is seeking an Adobe Workfront Architect to design and implement a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes for clients. This role involves leading implementation engagements with a focus on designing and implementing Content Supply Chain solutions for global brands, ideal for someone with an aptitude for learning new platforms and contributing to new solution designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Adobe Workfront to streamline content supply chain processes, including Generative AI enablement of content creation.
- Partner with client teams (marketing, creative, IT) to assess needs, recommend Workfront customizations, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Leverage Workfront to improve content lifecycle management, tracking assets from ideation to publication, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Integrate Workfront with DAM systems (e.g., AEM Assets), creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and GenAI (e.g., Firefly, GenStudio).
- Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor, translating technical capabilities into business value for executives, project managers, and creative professionals.
- Create, deliver, and maintain detailed technical design documentation, including requirements mapping, technical process flows and visualizations, and Adobe Workfront best practices.
- Provide best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Adobe Workfront design and implementation experience, or equivalent experience in workflow management and automation tools/systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities.
- Experience with system integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs is preferred.
- Experienced in leading technical project teams.
- Experienced in guiding clients in content supply chain journeys and delivering technology-led transformation.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and prioritize workload.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Passion for driving innovation and impact.
- Track record of doing things that haven’t been done before and thriving in ambiguity.
