About the Role

Join the Wiese team as a Field Service Technician to install and repair customer equipment at various locations. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a drive for self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Install and service dock equipment at various customer locations.
• Perform high-quality service repairs on all loading dock equipment, including dock levelers, dock shelters, dock seals, dock bumpers, and commercial doors.
• Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.
• Complete online work orders using company software.

Requirements

• Ability to work in various weather elements.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Able to use forklift and scissor lift.
• Willing to work in multiple environments and weather conditions.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Able to prioritize your day and self-manage.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and crouch/crawl in confined areas.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to provide your own hand tools.
