About the Role
Join the Standard Motor Risk Selection team to shape the future of pricing. You will perform statistical analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders to improve pricing and product offerings for customers and brokers.
Responsibilities
- Review the expected impact and implementation of risk model updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, data requirements, and modelling outcomes
- Manage data from source through to modelling and implementation of rating changes
- Analyze data, interpret outputs, and communicate results to non-technical audiences
- Review pricing and underwriting monitors and escalate key findings
- Monitor underwriting footprint and recommend necessary adjustments
- Define, prioritize, and report on project work and rate reviews
- Assist with business-as-usual reporting tasks
Requirements
- Advanced personal lines pricing experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modelling tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
