About the Role

SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their time.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, communicating proactively to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team, ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Ensure adherence to proper parking, security, and cash control procedures.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and budget management.
• Identify all procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and review all damage claims, recommending and implementing safety improvement plans.
• Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA laws.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team.
• Passion for exceeding customer expectations and finding unique problem-solving solutions.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Experience with various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal programs.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
