About the Role

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol with two years of experience in San Francisco, CA. This role involves safeguarding clients in various industries, offering flexibility and opportunities for schedule building. You will conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, observe and report unusual activity, and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, work areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to help prevent unauthorized entry into restricted offices, data areas, and other sensitive spaces.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately, and promptly communicate concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated client contacts.

Requirements

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
