About the Role
The Constituent Services Administrator ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of donations across the University. Reporting to the Associate Director, Donations Management, this role manages end-to-end processing of funds and pledges in the CRM while maintaining internal controls and regulatory compliance. The position focuses on operational excellence, data integrity, and enhancing the donor experience through efficient gift management.
Responsibilities
- Process donations in the donor management system
- Monitor, record, reconcile, and report on donation accounts
- Identify and resolve data anomalies and discrepancies
- Perform routine data entry
- Implement plans and process improvements for administrative workflows
- Analyze data
- Generate reports
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to obtain necessary data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of relevant administrative experience
- Prior customer service experience in a professional setting
- Experience in financial procedures and biographic data related to charitable donations
- General administrative accounting background
- High level of computer aptitude and accuracy
- Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, tact, and discretion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
