Responsibilities

• Work with and consult customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
• Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure follow-up and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store-specific management system(s).
• Remain current on new products, features, and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive sales.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Must have open availability, including Saturdays.
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
