About the Role
As an Auto Sales Representative, you will guide customers through their vehicle purchase, aiming to create the best buying experience and foster lifelong customer relationships. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and be trained on product offerings and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure follow up and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Remain current on new products, features and accessories.
- Attend product and training courses.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
- Excel at creating customer partnerships.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Be responsible, proactive, and accountable.
- Have keyboard skills and comfort with new technologies.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
