About the Role
The Lease Administrator will manage the full lifecycle of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, execution, and post-lease administrative management. This role involves abstracting key data into systems, coordinating renewals and terminations, and liaising with internal teams and tenants.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain lease agreements, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
- Summarize and enter lease terms into property management software (e.g., Yardi), organize and maintain leasing database, and save documents into existing systems.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to leases.
- Act as a key contact with tenants and internal departments regarding lease questions and issues.
- Monitor critical lease deadlines such as renewal options, move-ins/move-outs, and rent increases.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in lease administration or legal.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with Yardi or similar database systems.
- High proficiency in reading complex legal contracts and accurately extracting data.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for coordinating with internal/external parties.
