About the Role
As Strategy & Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our organisational strategy, working closely with the Head of Strategy & Customer Experience and senior leaders across the business. Supporting our five strategic ambitions, you will help develop and execute strategic plans, drive transformational change, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that enhance customer experience, improve operational performance, and strengthen our position as the UK's leading health and wellbeing charity.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, review and execution of group and business unit strategies in partnership with Executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights, translating findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Lead the development of business cases, financial modelling and high-quality papers for Executive, Board and governance committees.
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, new products and service launches across the organisation.
- Build alignment around strategic priorities, ensuring effective collaboration across business units, sites and central teams.
- Provide focused support to emerging or stalled initiatives, identifying solutions and creating momentum for delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape commercial opportunities, proposition development and organisational change programmes.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience developing strategy reviews, business cases and evaluating market opportunities.
- Demonstrable success delivering strategic initiatives within large, complex organisations.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business change.
- Ability to build credibility and work effectively with senior stakeholders, including Executive and Board-level leaders.
- Background in management consulting, strategy, transformation or strategic delivery roles, ideally within the UK healthcare or wellbeing sector.
