About the Role

The Operations Manager will report to and work directly with the Director of Operations. This role is crucial for coordinating client requests, designing and implementing a new knowledge and communication center, and improving overall productivity and efficiency within the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client requests across 10-member operations team.
• Help lead the design and implementation of next generation knowledge and communication center.
• Assist with Salesforce Integration with our Portal, Utilization by internal personnel, and effectiveness of platform.
• Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
• Help refine processes and policies in areas of operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in business with 7-10 years of work experience in operations, process improvement, or equivalent.
• Highly organized, detailed and task oriented.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills.
• Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate.
• Self-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution.
• Advanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel.
