About the Role

Manage a portfolio of key clients, guiding them in adopting and scaling our AI solution, Nexis+ AI, to derive significant business value. Act as a trusted advisor and AI adoption champion, owning the post-sale relationship, driving engagement, identifying expansion opportunities, and advocating for client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deepen relationships with strategic accounts, guiding AI solution adoption and scaling.
  • Understand client business goals, KPIs, and how the AI solution accelerates their strategy.
  • Lead tailored onboarding, adoption, and expansion efforts focused on sustained AI solution engagement.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to champion client priorities.
  • Develop and execute success plans, QBRs, and health checks with AI adoption and value realization as key metrics.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Proactively mitigate risk and resolve escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive change management and enablement programs to build client confidence and fluency with the AI solution.
  • Deliver insights, best practices, and industry trends to maximize client value from the AI solution.
  • Track key metrics (AI feature adoption, product usage, NPS, churn, account health) and translate them into value stories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally with AI, SaaS, or other emerging-technology products.
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts, including driving adoption of new or evolving technology.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives.
  • Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to client interactions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and tailoring approaches for different stakeholders in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and a passion for helping clients understand, adopt, and unlock its value.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Churnzero, or other relevant platforms.

  • U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300
  • Illinois: $82,800 - $137,800
  • Chicago, IL: $86,700 - $144,400
  • Maryland: $82,800 - $137,800
  • New York: $86,700 - $144,400
  • New York City: $94,700 - $157,500
  • Rochester, NY: $78,800 - $131,300
  • Ohio: $74,900 - $124,700
  • Eligible for annual incentive bonus
