About the Role
You will have the opportunity to flex skills as a general manager across credit, operations, and technology in a critical area of our business that is responsible for delivering over $1B in revenue, poised to lead a revolution in technology-led risk management and meaningfully invest in our customer agenda.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer success.
- Make decisions and solve problems based on analytics.
- Ensure terms are mission-aligned and unassailable in the market.
- Develop and implement technology capability enhancements for risk management.
- Drive a roadmap of continuous improvement while investing in critical business processes.
- Manage and develop a cross-functional team of analysts, process managers, and product specialists.
- Coach and mentor associates to develop and retain talent.
- Build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team and business partners.
- Foster innovation, drive critical decisions, and hold business partners accountable.
- Consistently deliver results.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Management Consulting, Business Analysis, or Strategy Consulting.
- 7+ years of leading analytical, process, and product teams.
- 7+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- A deep understanding of product economics and PNL experience.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to collaboratively drive teams and stakeholders with disparate goals.
- Ability to present to executive management often and in a compelling manner on key KPIs and results.
