About the Role
Resorts World New York City strives to provide our guests with world-class gaming, exquisite dining, and unique entertainment experiences. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and dedicated team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities on current capital improvement projects.
- Attend design meetings and construction progress meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Follow up with procurement on pending FF&E / OSE items.
- Push projects to complete on time.
- Coordinate construction schedule.
- Create and maintain schedule and budgets throughout projects.
- Manage day-to-day operations within projects.
- Assist in the procurement of all FFE while keeping track of/coordinating schedule & deliveries.
- Coordinate and run Owner meetings with general contractors.
- Demonstrate consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues, and the Company by being engaged, interested, and productive.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assist in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s success.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on guest relations.

- Write detailed instructions and correspondence.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and inference.
- Create, read, and analyze spreadsheets of statistical data.
- Decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request.
- Interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
- Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules, and regulations.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate licenses.

- Fluency in English required.
- Second language is a plus.
