About the Role
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and returning empty trailers to the branch while maintaining strict delivery schedules and upholding company safety and professionalism standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver loaded trailers to the shuttle depot
- Return empty trailers to the branch
- Maintain delivery time windows
- Communicate problems immediately to the supervisor
- Follow company safety standards
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Adhere to dress code and cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Good driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years
- Pass required drug and physical screening
- Valid state-issued Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements
- Ability to operate single axle with 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft. trailers with tandem axle tractors
- High School Diploma or GED (work experience may be substituted)
- Consent to the use of AI-powered dash cameras for safety monitoring
