About the Role
Drive growth and expand MCBC brand distribution across your region by acquiring high-value customers from single-site venues to national operators, while shaping the optimal route to market.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a winning new business strategy across direct and indirect channels
- Develop a strong prospect pipeline and secure large-scale new accounts
- Lead customer onboarding to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience
- Use data, insight, and market knowledge to create compelling commercial proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams and wholesale partners to maximise growth
- Champion our One Stop Shop offering and digital solutions
Requirements
- Proven success in new business development within On-Trade or similar sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and P&L understanding
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using CRM systems, data tools, and sales analytics
- Ability to influence at senior/board level and manage complex deals
