About the Role
This role contributes to the development and execution of the Planned Giving lead generation strategy by executing lead generation tactics through various digital and direct response channels. The goal is to increase long-term revenue in support of the Canadian Cancer Society's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Execute Planned Giving lead generation campaigns and tactics to foster long term revenue growth.
- Partner on special campaigns, such as Leave a Legacy Month, including liaising with external partners and agencies.
- Support the optimization of lead generation processes.
- Aid logistical aspects of Planned Giving lead generation events.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor lead generation dashboards and reports, identifying opportunities for optimization and resolving data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution, tracking, and review.
- Work with Data and Digital teams on data-related tasks such as list requests, testing, and integrations.
- Process and track invoice payments.
- Fulfill communications plan and monitor key performance metrics for lead cultivation to commitments.
- Create resources for the Supporter Engagement Department to cultivate leads generated.
- Contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity (DIBE).
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in a related field such as Marketing is a strong preference.
- More than 1 year of job-related experience in similar positions.
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong experience in digital marketing tactics including email, digital advertising, and donor journey development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to set priorities, demonstrate a positive attitude, troubleshoot and problem solve with minimal guidance using sound judgement.
- English is required.
- French/Bilingualism (French /English) is an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License an asset.
- Ability to occasionally work outside of regular office hours.
