About the Role

As a site manager, you will hold operational and personnel responsibility for assigned security areas, ensuring the implementation of all contractual and legal security measures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan deployment for security personnel including shift schedules and vacation planning
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with customer requirements, security concepts, and VdS/DIN standards
• Perform gate and reception duties as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and external service providers
• Conduct and monitor patrol rounds and access controls on the premises
• Guard sensitive areas and initiate initial measures during security incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, or sabotage
• Manage communication and reporting including shift reports and documentation of security events
• Collaborate closely with clients, authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist for protection and security, certified protection and security guard, or equivalent
• Driver's license class B (optional, support available)
• Professional experience in security services or a leadership position in site or industrial security is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Friendly demeanor and service-oriented approach
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary/Compensations

• 18.50 € per hour including surcharges for night and special hours
