About the Role

Seeking an ambitious and convincing Manager to be fully responsible for an international client in the semiconductor industry. You will ensure contractually compliant operational service delivery at the Berlin site, supported by two department heads (TGM and IFM) and a strong team. Your goal is high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for ensuring proper and smooth contract fulfillment regarding facility services agreed upon with the client.
• Central point of contact for all contract-related topics and customer concerns.
• Continuous needs analysis, development, presentation, and active implementation of new, customized service solutions at the site.
• Ensuring the execution of regular performance, quality, and success controls is your top priority.
• Designing and sustainably implementing process optimizations is your 'daily business'.
• You bear overall responsibility for the economic efficiency and effectiveness of services at the site, including ongoing budget control, early initiation of effective measures for budget deviations, and regular reporting.
• Intensive personal contact with customer representatives on-site, further development of the site, and proactive expansion of existing business through additional services.
• Responsibility for the overall leadership and management of a strong team (approx. 50 employees in total, 2 direct reports TGM/IFM), personnel selection, deployment, onboarding, personnel development, training, etc.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training/studies/further education in cleaning, facility management, hospitality (hotel industry), or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable management role in building management; you have successfully managed large properties in TGM/IFM as a property manager, site manager, operations manager, or facility manager.
• Practical experience in managing change processes is desirable.
• Strong quality, service, and customer orientation – you are a manager with high problem-solving competence and a hands-on mentality, living the 'multiservice concept'.
• Even in difficult or stressful situations, you are a 'service provider' through and through and, due to your organizational skills, always keep a cool head.
• You communicate proactively – understandably, convincingly, and always solution-oriented at all levels, showing the necessary negotiation skills and tact when needed.
• Business management competence, affinity for numbers, strong entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• As a strong leader, you are a role model for your employees, always leading cooperatively, motivatingly, and appreciatively as a team player.
• Proficient in PC use and standard MS Office applications; experience with a CAFM system is advantageous.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
