About the Role

The Vice President will oversee and administer various grant programs for the Office of Community Renewal, providing high-level direction, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in program development, improvement, and implementation.
  • Provide direct support, guidance, and feedback to grant program directors.
  • Lead program activities as needed.
  • Manage long-term projects to deliver administrative and technical operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with government, private, and non-profit partners.
  • Formulate new policies and procedures across agency departments.
  • Provide technical assistance to program applicants and awardees regarding regulations and funding processes.
  • Participate in procurement, grant-making, application scoring, and award processes.
  • Draft policy memos, correspondence, reports, manuals, and presentations.
  • Conduct routine office activities.
  • Attend, participate in, and conduct meetings, conferences, webinars, and workshops.
  • Supervise staff members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
