This role involves merging team leadership with hands-on expertise in Salesforce, application management, and integrations to ensure system stability, security, compliance, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Own administration of the Tray.io iPaaS platform and lead delivery of scalable automations across the ecosystem.
  • Proactively lead stakeholder engagement by translating requirements from GTM, CX, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams into strategic, scalable, and well-documented solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures, and lead change management for integrations and applications.
  • Collaborate with the team's Support Specialists to provide hands-on escalation management across the Salesforce environment and related GTM/CX applications, ensuring prompt triage and resolution of user issues, system configuration adjustments, and break/fix requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of application administration within mid-to-large scale environments (supporting over 500 users), focusing on the oversight of interconnected tool networks.
  • Deep knowledge of connecting various platforms with Salesforce through common integration methods like Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Practical experience configuring and using integration middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
  • Skilled at guiding complex technical projects with multi-directional, cross-functional dependencies and fluid priorities.
  • Familiarity managing SaaS tools including Gong, Outreach, Marketo, Clari etc.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity to clearly convey technical intricacies to non-technical business partners.
