About the Role
Natterbox builds AI communications that elevate human-led customer conversations. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused design role where you will be the sole designer, working directly with Product Owners across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Work with each Product Owner to turn their vision into beautifully designed and built products.
- Use AI alongside Figma for rapid prototyping, exploring and testing ideas quickly.
- Own and maintain our Figma component library, ensuring quality and confidence in shipping.
- Design complex enterprise workflows, including real-time monitoring, configuration, and retrospective analysis, balancing simplicity and depth.
Requirements
- Strong Figma skills with experience building and maintaining component and design systems.
- Ability to embrace AI in design, prompt effectively, and use it imaginatively.
- Experience shipping B2B or SaaS products with complex workflows.
- Capacity to operate as the sole designer and own the quality bar.
