About the Role
This role owns our Conversational AI and Agents track, covering both agent products and a platform for customers to build their own AI agents. You will own the roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and delivery with engineering, focusing on extensibility and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the Conversational AI and agent builder roadmap: discovery, prioritisation and delivery with engineering.
- Own a platform that others build on, where extensibility and the experience of people building on it matter.
- Take full ownership of the track within the first quarter, including commercial and user outcomes.
Requirements
- Shipped conversational-AI, LLM-based or agent products to market as a builder.
- Built products on, or integrated with, a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to design-led product development and good UX.
- Prefer hands-on work and owning a track directly.
