About the Role
As Social Creative Lead, you will serve as the creative engine for social output, managing briefs from concept to delivery across a diverse brand portfolio. You will develop global social playbooks, provide clear rationales for creative decisions, and leverage deep platform knowledge to drive impactful, platform-native content in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for paid and organic social campaigns from concept to execution.
- Partner with social strategists to translate creative strategy into platform-native ideas.
- Develop global social playbooks defining creative direction and best practices.
- Create high-quality digital assets including static visuals, video, GIFs, and memes.
- Build and present compelling creative decks to secure client buy-in.
- Act as brand guardian to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Utilize existing assets and stock imagery to develop timely, relevant content.
- Monitor platform developments and social trends to proactively suggest new ideas.
- Manage workload across multiple concurrent projects within agreed timescales.
- Contribute to team ideation and collaborate effectively on projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering paid and organic social creative for major consumer brands.
- Strong conceptual ability to translate briefs into original, platform-native ideas.
- Deep knowledge of social platform formats, behaviors, and best practices.
- Experience developing global social playbooks and guiding clients through execution.
- Confident client-facing skills with the ability to communicate creative thinking clearly.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
- Sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-driven approach to skill development.
- Advanced use of Generative AI tools for image generation, ideation, and content creation.
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows.
- Ability to train others on effective AI tool usage.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and the need for human oversight.
