About the Role

Natterbox builds AI communications that elevate human-led customer conversations, integrated with Salesforce and the wider CRM stack. This role owns the commercial vision for Observability, a platform that includes a portfolio of apps and data products, powering AI agents through an agent builder program.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial product vision for the Observability platform and its roadmap.
• Manage the portfolio of apps on the platform and the underlying data products.
• Oversee discovery and delivery with engineering, from problem framing to shipped product.
• Develop the market and revenue case for the product track.

Requirements

• Owned a commercial product vision and managed the backlog for its delivery.
• Experience building data products like data models, pipelines, or services.
• Commitment to design-led product development and good UX.
• Sufficient technical credibility to collaborate with engineering on data, modeling, and telemetry.
