About the Role
Moss is seeking a Product Systems & AI Automation Specialist to join the Product Operations team. This role involves transforming concepts into functional AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations, and tools, working closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes, ensuring reliability, robustness, and scalability.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of shipped agents, including data source connection, prompt design, output validation, and reliable operation across central processes.
- Administer and maintain shared product team tooling platforms, ensuring they are configured, documented, and reliable.
Requirements
- Proven experience building automations or integrations using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for system integration and debugging.
- Experience integrating an LLM API into organizational workflows at scale.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant oversight.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
