About the Role
Align Custom Fit is seeking a full-time, career-minded Toronto Flagship Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the elite anchor across our premium Toronto First Canadian Place location. This role is designed for a professional whose art form is high-end service and offers a high-visibility, regional career track with opportunities for growth within a rapidly scaling, premium podiatric health brand.
Responsibilities
- Act as a 5-star host, running premium flagship showroom tours, welcoming clients with elite hospitality, and telling the Align brand narrative.
- Nurture inbound community interest and convert leads into active clinical appointments to optimize schedule saturation.
- Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house spaces remain polished and perfect at a luxury 5-star standard.
- Manage medical files, point-of-sale invoicing, and insurance inquiries for a smooth financial experience.
- Manage incoming premium inventory merchandising and track client-specific orders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering pristine client experiences in premium fitness & boutique wellness, luxury hotels, luxury fashion retail, or boutique aesthetics & medical spas.
- Must be prepared to have camera on for video portion of application.
- Must submit a 60-second video answer as part of the application process.
