About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor at HH Red Stone, you will be responsible for a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, preventative maintenance, and more, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations, including faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, and garbage disposals.
- Conduct electrical repairs, replacements, and installations for power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, and ceiling fans.
- Repair drywall by filling holes caused by nails or minor damage during apartment turnovers.
- Perform touch-ups and apply new coats of paint to unit walls.
- Repair or replace household appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and washers.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and smoke detectors.
- Ensure resident safety through necessary health and safety maintenance tasks.
- Install locks to enhance property security.
Requirements
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair.
