About the Role
You will be the first Business Development Representative on the Artisan team, owning outbound pipeline generation and working alongside Ava, our AI BDR. You will handle tasks that Ava cannot, engage prospects, and book meetings for the AE team.
Responsibilities
- Cold call prospects and engage target accounts to generate qualified pipeline
- Call every inbound lead within minutes of them raising their hand
- Turn conversations into booked meetings for our AE team
- Carry a quota of meetings held, not activity metrics
- Work with our product team to make Ava better
Requirements
- 1+ years as an SDR/BDR, or exceptional evidence you belong in sales
- Excellent communicator, quick on your feet, great at building rapport
- Confident on the phone
- Resilient. Rejection doesn't rattle you
- Comfortable being the only human on the team
- Excited to work at the frontier of AI and sales

Salary/Compensations
- $60,000-$80,000 on-target earnings (base + commission) for US-based candidates. UK compensation localized.
