About the Role

This role supports the integration and scaling of global compensation infrastructure and pay-for-performance programs within the Global Compensation team, focusing on unifying compensation frameworks across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt.

Responsibilities

• Unify compensation frameworks across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo by supporting the evolution of global job architecture and salary range structures.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and governance of global job architecture, salary ranges, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Execute annual and ad hoc compensation cycles in partnership with the Talent & Rewards Cycle (TRC) team.
• Contribute to the administration and delivery of total pay programs, including base salary and equity/long-term incentive (LTI) structures.
• Perform market pricing, internal benchmarking, and complex compensation analysis.
• Audit compensation data, validate cycle outputs, test new tooling, and identify opportunities to automate and improve compensation processes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Systems to support compensation planning, offer structures, promotions, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Significant broad-based compensation experience, including salary structures, market pricing, global compensation cycles, and job architecture in fast-scaling organizations.
• Strong understanding of equity and long-term incentive (LTI) programs and their integration into total rewards strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex datasets, perform multi-region compensation analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record of executing complex global programs with precision, improving automated tooling, and maintaining strict data governance.
• Expertise operating across multi-country compensation frameworks and diverse regional market practices in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experience navigating Workday compensation modules and advanced compensation planning tools (Nice to Have).
• Background supporting compensation programs in a large, global technology enterprise or similarly complex matrixed environment (Nice to Have).
