About the Role
Skin Analytics is an award-winning health tech company deploying world-leading skin cancer pathways using AI as a medical device. Following recent funding and growth, we are scaling internationally and making history for AI in healthcare. We are seeking an individual to own the operational delivery of our services, ensuring excellent partner and patient experiences and calmly resolving operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operational performance of customer delivery, ensuring a safe, reliable, and scalable service from implementation through live operation.
- Act as the main cross-functional point of contact for Operations, collaborating with Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Serve as the senior Operational escalation point for major partners.
- Build and refine processes, playbooks, and tooling to enable consistent team operations and continuous improvement of customer time-to-value, service quality, and partner satisfaction.
- Define metrics and reporting cadences for leadership visibility.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Transformation and COT teams, setting clear expectations and providing support.
- Champion digital and AI adoption within teams, identifying automation opportunities.
- Maintain operational practices consistent with data protection, clinical governance, and regulatory obligations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, owning the response and retrospective for incidents.
- Oversee the Office Administrator and external IT vendor for smooth workplace and facilities management.
Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management: credible at senior level internally and trusted by external partners, clear and direct communication.
- Proven experience running multi-team customer operations at scale.
- Exceptional process and systems thinking: ability to build repeatable, scalable ways of working and low tolerance for avoidable inefficiency.
- Track record of incident and crisis management: calm under pressure, methodical response, effective containment of operational issues.
- Strong line management experience, including managing through team leads and developing operational managers.
- Data-driven approach: ability to measure what matters, spot problems in numbers, and prioritize accordingly.
- Bias for action and ownership: proactive and takes responsibility for ambiguous problems.
- Background in health tech, healthcare, or an adjacent regulated industry.
