About the Role
We are seeking our first Product Designer to elevate design across the company. Axle is developing cutting-edge energy products for consumers and advanced users, tackling complex problems with a focus on customer experience. You will join a highly autonomous, flat structure, working in interdisciplinary teams to understand users, lead strategic direction, and ensure the customer's voice is heard. Your role will involve improving design output through direct delivery and coaching, and shaping Axle's external representation.
Responsibilities
- Understand user problems and design effective solutions.
- Build systems for strategic and scalable solutions to enable faster, beautiful software delivery.
- Deepen the culture of user research and analyze user experiences with Axle's B2C and B2B2C products.
- Lead visual identity efforts and develop new ways to communicate Axle's story through web, animation, and video.
- Collaborate with global clients to enhance their user experiences.
