About the Role

Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is seeking a Business Change Lead to support the Record to Report function. This role will primarily focus on the US NextGen ERP program implementation, with potential involvement in other initiatives like Kraken, AI, Automation, new vendor relationships, and organizational structure changes. The Change Manager will ensure projects meet objectives by driving employee adoption and usage sustainably, minimizing disruption to business-as-usual activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Create actionable deliverables for communications, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training, and resistance management.
  • Develop and execute a communications strategy to inform and engage stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain feedback loops to gather stakeholder input and address concerns.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input for training programs and ensure alignment with the change management strategy.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure organizational readiness for change.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate business readiness risks with mitigation recommendations.
  • Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and assisting with design and delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and implement improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate the scope, nature, and impact of organizational change.
  • Facilitate Record to Report leadership engagement forums for strategic advisement and risk mitigation.
  • Inspire and motivate others to achieve organizational goals and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Articulate a clear vision for change and guide the organization towards achieving it.
  • Develop compelling executive-level presentations and change narratives.
  • Develop and deliver proactive, organization-wide communications about upcoming changes and impacts.
  • Align change management deliverables with overall project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Learn about new change management ways of working and approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification or strong understanding of the CCMP framework.
  • Proven experience in change management and large-scale transformations, preferably within a large organization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders across geographical locations.
  • Ability to influence and lead change, build trust, and establish shared purpose.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand stakeholder impacts and embed new ways of working.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle phases.
  • Must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

  • Waltham and surrounding area: $170,000-$199,000
  • Brooklyn and surrounding area: $182,000-$213,000
