About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute integrated marketing initiatives across print, digital, podcasts, and events. This role manages marketing operations, coordinates RFPs, supports HBR Executive programs, and provides teleprompter support for webinars in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules for print and digital campaigns.
- Manage creative trafficking and approvals for print and online advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Draft, edit, and submit marketing sections for RFPs.
- Maintain a library of case studies, audience data, and marketing collateral.
- Partner with sales teams to align RFP submissions with client goals.
- Coordinate promotion schedules and creative assets for podcasts.
- Track performance analytics and contribute to podcast growth strategies.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns for senior leadership audiences.
- Assist with audience segmentation, email marketing, and performance tracking for executive programs.
- Operate teleprompter software during live and recorded webinars.
- Provide pre-event coordination, speaker briefing, and tech setup testing.
- Assist in post-event follow-up and audience engagement campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with live event support and teleprompter tools.
- Ability to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
