About the Role
Medtronic's Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is seeking a Senior Monitoring Sales Representative to drive sales growth and market share by promoting their Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions portfolio to key clinical leaders in ICU, General Care Floors, and Procedural Sedation departments. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare with a global leader in medical technology.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek to develop and expand territory via management and selling skills.
- Plan and execute work to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Serve as the product expert, providing education and training to clinical end users and hospital staff.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer/patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support.
- Practice effective territory management, including planning, organization, and administration.
- Perform timely and accurate expense planning and control.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 8+ years of field sales experience.
- Associate’s Degree AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reside within the territory.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
