Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth daily operation of the club, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prioritize member satisfaction by engaging with members and building strong relationships.
- Lead, support, and guide colleagues while maintaining high quality standards.
- Conduct tours for prospective members to showcase club benefits.
- Oversee health and safety protocols and address issues effectively.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
- Perform lifeguard duties during breaks, requiring a high standard of swimming ability and site-specific training.
Requirements
