About the Role

As Director, Enterprise Data Strategy, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Data Officer and broader leadership team. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of executive strategy and communications, helping to shape the forward-looking enterprise-level data strategy in one of the world's top financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects for the Chief Data Officer and the Enterprise Data leadership team, conducting research, developing insights, and storytelling on high-impact topics.
• Craft compelling, insight-driven narratives to influence and educate business leaders and stakeholders of all levels.
• Solve a range of problems from high-level strategic questions to process/delivery challenges, providing strategic counsel through qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop relationships and build successful partnerships with senior leaders to deliver on key strategic priorities across the organization.

• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Master’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
