About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our data squad and drive the future of BlinkIQ, our data and analytics product for frontline organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker focused on data products, owning the roadmap, and acting as the internal expert on data's lifecycle within Blink.
Responsibilities
- Lead BlinkIQ product strategy and roadmap development.
- Prioritize iterations to drive revenue and adoption.
- Evolve the product for seamless integration with new Blink capabilities.
- Conduct customer discovery and translate feedback into product decisions.
- Manage features from concept to launch.
- Evaluate and evolve BlinkIQ packaging and pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on customer value and pricing.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on customer data usage.
- Enable sales, customer success, and marketing with product knowledge.
- Act as the internal data champion to build data fluency across the organization.
- Shape the strategy for data infrastructure and technical direction.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams on infrastructure investments.
- Integrate data into the core product for enhanced features like nudges, recommendations, and personalization.
- Partner with other PMs to improve the core experience using data.
- Ensure the squad delivers against enterprise customer commitments.
- Manage expectations and trade-offs for shifting priorities.
- Balance strategic bets, technical debt, and customer requests.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success for new capability launches.
- Own positioning, enablement, and adoption for squad shipments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning a data, analytics, or BI product.
- Strong technical fluency in data, including pipelines, models, warehousing, and infrastructure trade-offs.
- Track record of shaping data product strategy, pricing, and packaging in a commercial context.
- Customer discovery and validation skills, including conducting interviews and translating insights into product decisions.
- Track record of launching data or analytics features to market, including go-to-market and driving adoption.
- Ability to act as an internal SME, enabling non-data teams on data concepts.
- Experience with data products for frontline, deskless, or operationally-focused organizations (nice to have).
- Experience shaping data infrastructure evolution alongside engineering leadership (nice to have).
- Experience embedding data-driven features into a core product experience (nice to have).
