About the Role

This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the development and implementation of regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for Nuvei's Enterprise business in EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Identify, design, and operationalize high impact initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
  • Monitor the FinTech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing motions, market trends, and shifts in card network and alternative payment method costs.
  • Partner with the global Pricing team to analyze payment economics, develop pricing models and enforce discounting policies, approval matrices, and commercial frameworks to ensure global consistency.

Requirements

  • 20+ years’ experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the payments industry.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to break down complex, unfamiliar problems into defined areas of work.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.
  • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time.
