About the Role

Dental365 is reshaping the way patients experience dental care by placing patients and providers at the core of their approach. They are seeking a motivated change-maker to build a lifelong career in dentistry. This role offers a $5,000 Welcoming Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of concierge care with exceptional chairside manners, building trust with patients.
• Enhance overall oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers.
• Thoroughly document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images to aid in treatment planning and note any progress/changes.
• Conduct precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist.
• Handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in respective state.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, encompassing dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
