About the Role

The Manager, Marketing Programs & Events will own League's flagship event, League CONNECT, and the year-round programs that engage its community of healthcare leaders. This role involves designing and stewarding an ongoing membership-style experience, acting as a key signal of market credibility for League's AI-driven healthcare CX platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management of League CONNECT, including attendee/member experience from registration through post-event.
  • Own digital strategy and demand generation for the event, partnering with internal teams on promotional tactics.
  • Apply strong digital marketing instincts across the full event lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on event operations, including budget tracking, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage hotel, venue, and event agency relationships, including room blocks, F&B, and on-site logistics.
  • Own on-site execution, including run-of-show, real-time troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Co-design and own the annual calendar of programming for League's community of leaders.
  • Define and evolve the community's membership value proposition, benefits, cadence of touchpoints, and participation criteria.
  • Build relationships with community members between events, acting as a consistent point of contact.
  • Identify and program regional roundtables and smaller-format gatherings.
  • Curate and manage thought leadership opportunities for members.
  • Support production and execution of other owned events with operational rigor.
  • Maintain consistent standards for vendor management, budget tracking, and on-site execution across all owned events.
  • Support trade show and field marketing events where capacity allows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder events end-to-end.
  • Program management experience, ideally from a membership-based organization.
  • Executive presence and comfort as a trusted point of contact for senior healthcare leaders.
  • Extensive digital marketing experience alongside large-scale event expertise.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and hotel/venue relationships.
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking spend, and flagging variances.
  • Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments and work across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Fluency with AI tools and belief in human-AI collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a practical, responsible way.
  • Curiosity and openness to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Ability to balance efficiency with quality and sound judgment.
  • B2B or enterprise SaaS marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or a regulated industry is an asset.
