About the Role
The Project Manager will lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to drive project success. The Project Manager will develop plans and schedules, monitor progress, mitigate risks, ensure documentation, and adhere to project life cycle methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to guide project execution.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and administration within a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Review, Auto Cad, Adobe, Revit
- Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing projects in the Residential Electrical industry.
- Advanced knowledge of project development processes and risk management techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
