Responsibilities

Shape the future of pharmaceutical processes by designing scalable, end-to-end product solutions that balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term business growth.
Transform complex business and regulatory challenges into intuitive system designs and structured product architectures that enable engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
Drive collaboration across operations, product, and engineering, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and ensuring impactful solutions are delivered from concept to implementation.
Unlock the potential of AI and intelligent automation by identifying opportunities to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision-making through agent-based solutions and modern AI technologies.
Validate and continuously improve products through experimentation, data-driven insights, and rapid prototyping, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, and other emerging technologies to scale high-impact solutions.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a comparable product leadership role, with a proven track record of designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products.
Strong analytical thinking combined with a structured approach to translate complex business requirements into clear product architectures and measurable outcomes.
Passion for AI, automation, and intelligent workflow systems, with hands-on experience applying modern AI tools to solve real business challenges and accelerate product innovation.
Fluent in English and at least a B2 level of German.
Enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams.
Travel regularly to our offices in Cologne and Sevenum (approximately once per month).
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with the European healthcare market is a strong advantage.
