About the Role

Seeking a friendly, outgoing, and upbeat greeter for a medical facility in Schenectady, NY, to provide a warm welcome and directions to patients, visitors, and staff, and to manage transportation and interpreter service calls.

Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
• Provide directions to hospital facilities, referencing a directory
• Perform limited patient transport responsibilities
• Call for transportation services as needed
• Call for interpreter services as needed
• Be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor

Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Good references from previous employers required
• Neat appearance required
• Outstanding attitude required
• Must be prepared to work outside and on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Must come to work with a smile and a good attitude each morning
