About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Machine Operator and inspect finished parts.
- Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection).
- Change tools.
- Make offsets.
- Load material and remove scrap.
- Fill out various paperwork.
- Simultaneous operation of multiple machines.
- Minor troubleshooting.
- Part inspection.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Will train the right person.
Skills
- Experience with lathe/mill turning machines or trade school CNC Machine Operator certificate.
- Experience using the Fanuc control preferred.
- Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills Etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Dependable.
- Willingness to learn new techniques.
- Mechanical aptitude: A strong understanding of mechanical principles.
- Attention to detail: The ability to work with tight tolerances where precision is critical.
- Technical knowledge: The ability to read blueprints and specifications and basic knowledge of G-code programming or CAD/CAM software.
- Problem-solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Safety consciousness: Adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
