About the Role

NEXTON is seeking a Design System Designer to manage, evolve, and promote the company's Design System. This role involves collaborating with development, UX/UI, and project management teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Design System, ensuring its evolution and uniformity.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop reusable components and design guidelines.
• Train and sensitize team members on Design System best practices and promote its adoption.
• Deliver essential Design System elements, including major updates, components, patterns, and tokens, in alignment with the roadmap.
• Develop detailed documentation for Design System evolution and disseminate guidelines to promote adoption.
• Ensure design quality and consistency across all platforms and products.
• Manage continuous updates and improvements to the Design System based on needs and constraints.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with significant experience in creating or managing complex Design Systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto-layout, Variables, and professional Libraries.
• Strong understanding of Design Tokens and technical constraints (HTML/CSS, React...).
• Commitment to accessibility (WCAG) as a prerequisite.
• Ability to unite teams, document choices rigorously, and communicate effectively with developers and Product Designers.
